My Approach

Steady, unhurried, shaped by you.

My approach is integrative. I draw on person-centred, psychodynamic, attachment-informed and CBT modalities, and I follow your lead, at your pace. Some clients come for a focused piece of work over several sessions. Others stay longer for deeper exploration. There's no script you need to follow, and no version of yourself you need to bring.

What you can expect is a warm, unhurried space, held with care and shaped by what's actually happening in your life. Sessions in South Dublin and online across Ireland. Daytime, evening and weekend slots. Sessions can be audio-first if that suits you.

Person-centred

You lead. I don't arrive with an agenda for who you should be. The work is shaped around what's actually happening in your life, at the pace that fits.

Integrative

I draw on person-centred, psychodynamic, attachment-informed and CBT modalities, and choose what serves the moment. No single school owns being human.

CBT-informed

When practical tools help, for anxiety, panic, low mood, sleep, the 3am spiral, we work with them. Evidence-based and useable, not worksheet-heavy.

Attachment-aware

How we were loved early on shapes how we love, work, and protect ourselves now. We make sense of the patterns rather than fight them.

Trauma-informed

Slow, safe and steady. Nothing is forced. We build the ground before we walk on it.

Accessible

Audio-first by default if that suits. Screen-reader friendly. Comfortable working with clients who use guide dogs, prefer phone sessions, or need materials in large print or audio.
