CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy)

A practical, evidence-based talking therapy. We look at the link between thoughts, feelings and behaviour, and gently test the patterns that keep you stuck. Useful for anxiety, panic, depression, sleep and adjustment to change.

Couples Therapy

A held space for couples renegotiating closeness, communication, conflict, life transitions or illness. Especially welcome: couples where one partner is living with sight loss or a long-term condition.
